常用的計算公式
面對全球經濟一體化,在我們傳統的印刷行業里,專業細節越來越成為行業里的一項重要的基本技能,結合自己在外資行業里的一些經驗,說說本行業一些常用要注意的方面:
今天說說外資企業中幾個常用的計算公式:
1,求一張紙的重量
面積 Area x 克重gsm /1000 /1000 = ? 克g
2,一吨(TON)的價格轉換成每克gsm的價格
每吨的價格Per T x 1333/1406/2204.6 = 每克的價格Per gsm unit cost
3,令的價格轉換成克的價格 (Per Ream cost change to Per gsm unit cost)
每令的價格 Per Ream cost x 1333/gsm/size = 每克的價格Per gsm unit cost
反過來計算 L x W /1333 x Unit cost per gsm x gsm (size for inch)
4,Pt(用來表達紙或膠片的厚度)轉換成Micron:
Pt x 25.4 1” = 1,000 Pt 1” = 25.4mm
5,書厚的計算方式
A薄紙
(內文text gsm x pp + 襯紙liner gsm x pp + 封面cover x gsm) x 1.1/50,000 = ? inch
也可以用紙的厚度 x 多少張 x 1.1 /25.4 = ? inch 來計算
B,咭紙
每張紙的Pt x 張 sheet) x 1.2 /1,000 = ? inch
C,板紙
(mm thickness x sheets ) x 1.2 /25.4 = ? inch
D, Wire-o Diameter counter style (直徑計算方法)
露圈 Exposure (內文厚度 text thickness + 封面厚度 cover thickness) + 0.125”
隱藏式 conceal 內文厚度 text thickness + 0.125”
6, Wire-o unit cost counter style (價格計算方法)
每環的價格(Per coil cost) x 總共要的圈數(total coils) = 所需每條的YO價格(Per wire-o unit cost)
7,簡單印刷費用的計算 (Print cost),在具體情況要依每個公司的要求計算,以下僅做參考
a每張印刷費 Per sheet cost =每色令單價unit cost per 1C & Ream x 色數 (color) / 1000 /排版個數
Per sheet cost x Total sheets = Total print cost
b按時間來計算每色令單價 (這是最科學的計算方法)
(總的印數/每小時的印刷數量 + 較機的時間) * 每小時的運行成本 / 色數/印數 = 每色令單價=
(Total sheets / Print QTY Per Hour + Normal for 0.85 H) x $600-900 Per Hour / Color QTY / Print sheets
